Who We Are:
Agency owner, Ella Budovsky, has been in the insurance business
for over 22 years. After receiving training and work experience
at with several major insurance companies, Ella formed her own agency,
which she has been successfully managing for over 18 years. BIS
staff consists of experienced agents and personnel who are dedicated to the highest standards
of service
BIS is an active member of San Francisco Jewish Community as well
as Local Merchants Association, where Ella is currently serving
as VP of Geary Merchant Association. Our staff speaks several languages,
